Fox: Yes, it's just that... his father was killed today, and right before his eyes. The Chronicler, apparently he has an evil brother. He knocked Blaze's father out of the sky, tore parts of his wings and his tendons, ligaments and nerves so there wouldn't be any escape. Then, apes appeared and mutilated Blaze's father. Blaze went to his mother, and she told him to flee to this temple. Ironic really, the same day that both Spyro and I found our fathers, he lost his.

*Once Spyro got in the room, he let out a long hesitant sigh and then began to sneek out through the window*
Spyro: This is for the better of us Cynder.... I have to let you go... even if i do hate lyeing to you.. *Spyro began to sneek outside, on top of the temple building, but when he got to the side near Cynder's window, his tail accidnetally dropped and showed on her window*

Fox: Still, I don't like this. The Chronicler came in person and dealt the news that his brother broke out of a prison a week ago. Before he appeared, I had chills down my spine.
