We go into my hometown, enter the Ancient Graveyard, take the box that traps the Ancient Crystal, get as close to Pyrite as possible, and let the crystal defeat her. Then we put the curse marks back on the crystal and trap it again.

The Assimilation Crystal isn't capable of escaping the box until the curse marks restricting its powers are taken off. And if it does escape, we can lure it to Pyrite.The Assimilation Crystal can only defeated in total darkness. It's capable of regenerating itself from sunlight and moonlight. Also, the spikes it launches will drain energy from whoever they're attached to. But should it be defeated... then we'll have to fight Pyrite ourselves.
