Re: The Legend of Cynder
Yes, that's a good idea.
I think they should have made her a harder boss in ANB ![]()

I am so opposed to this idea to the point where I feel like yelling.

Re: The Legend of Cynder
I agree with that. The voice of Cynder in Dotd was not Cynder at all. It was emotionless when Ignitus died and Spyro turned to his dark self. She didn't sound too concerned, the voice is fake.
But that's my opinion. Cree Summer and Mae Whitman did a good job, so I'm for it ![]()

Re: The Legend of Cynder
I suppose it would be an alright idea until the fans start going insane about it thus killing the overall joy for the experience. Hence why I don't see it happening anyways...

Re: The Legend of Cynder
I admit it might not happen, but all the same it would be good. The only thing that could ruin it is if the Cynder Fan girls went totally meantal, e.g "OMGZ THIZ IS TEH MOST AWESOMEZEST GAME EVERZ" or something similar. If this game was done it would give us a better insight into Cynder's past and also into her personality.

I'd play it, if only to fill in those gaps in the storyline.

Re: The Legend of Cynder
The two sides of the story would be good to see, Cynder's side and then Chroniclers in TEN and Ignitus's in ANB. A good contrast between the two types of versions.

Re: The Legend of Cynder
I'm mostly a PC gamer as well but I'm getting sick of throwing a lot of money into my computer because I have to keep updating my freaking graphics card.

Re: The Legend of Cynder
Unfortunately for me I have to keep my money in more important areas right now. I'm buying a new laptop in the summer that should last me a good while.

Re: The Legend of Cynder
Since when is stating I don't have enough money to keep up with updates is complaining? That was simply stating the reason why I can't invest much in PC gaming anymore. If I was intentionally complaining about something then you would know it...and that's def not it.

I just got an idea. How about the Chronicler narrate Cynder's story since he's the keeper of the history of dragonkind? He's probably been present in secrecy in the White Isle before ANB.

Re: The Legend of Cynder
I can totally see this working. Besides Cynder's MASSIVE fanbase, she's also a great character.
It could start with a cutscene similar to the one opening in ANB, except have the apes come in, break some stuff and Gaul steal and egg. Then have a bit of cutscene of Cynder hatching and being put in the big beam of evil doom and becoming Dark Cynder.
The first gameplay could be training against apes to learn the controls and etc, then have like a "City of Warfang" kind of think where you fight a few dragons, maybe a flying level dodging stuff from some sort of catapult.
The first boss could be Volteer, because Spyro rescues him first. You could fight him in Dante's freezer and have to dodge his electric attacks. Then a small cutscene of "I iz Cynder I win, Imma go pwn someone else now."
Second level could be Cynder fighting through the natives in Wild Planes(or whatever it was called) Maybe doing some platforming and solving puzzles to get through the little civilization. Then you fight Cyril and take him down and leave him there.
Kinda copy this for... That volcano place then have a dogchase of Spyro through the volcano then the battle between Cynder and Ignitus after they fell down to Volcano Land.
Then of course, beat Spyro at Cynders lair. Then fight Spyro in Convexity and have it be one of those when-you-win-you-still-lose battles like how Cynder still beat Spyro in her lair even when you technically beat her. Then of course, you become mini-Cynder.
Then some training with Spyro to learn the new little-Cynder controls(Like that mini-cartoon that took place between AND and TEN). And of course, go through the swamp and Cynder leaves.
Cynder gets captured by pirates, you fight Spyro, Cynder gets captured and yadda yadda she gets to the well of souls and fight Spyro again and then you have to fight Dark Spyro while he's in the beam of light in order to knock him out of it.
Something kinda like that XD Now enough of my uber post. But I'd love a game like this <3 Especially of Krome made it *now has urge to go play ANB*

Re: The Legend of Cynder
@RedDragonX
May i ask how much money would you pay for a graphics card update per year or two years?
On the topic:
Even a bejeweled style of a game with Cynder on the cover would sell like hell.
*an idea*

Re: The Legend of Cynder
I think it should be little cynder, then a shadow of her as dark cynder on the background.
