Selena: *chuckles* I think Ignitus and Breeze are finished. They'll be surprised about having a spirit dragon for a child... *thinks* Wedger... if there was more than child... from the pregnancy here, would all of them be spirit dragons or just one?

Selena: Yeah, I wonder what's going on with Ignitus and Breeze though. *chuckles* I wonder how many spirit dragon children they'll have. I guess we'll find out, when we see them again, since they're on the other side of the lake.

Wedger: well we should head back to the academy....*are suddenly surrounded by enemy knights even some of wedger's future troops but the future troops are only using energy paralyzation swords* what the! how the...how did they find us?

King Vex: You can thank your friend for that....

King Vex: *snaps his fingers and Nuva steps in*

Wedger: You! you lousy!....*charges at Nuva but is hit by the paralyzation sword and falls to the ground twitching not being able to move*

Nuva: Im sorry....i had to do this....

Wedger: Why!?!

Nuva: My home city....they would've slaughtered every child....every parent....everyone there permanintly....it would even destroy thier souls....im sorry...

Wedger: *growls*

Marx There seems to be a commotion. He flies to where Wedger and Selena are and lands in the middle of everyone he could tell that Nuva and the troops were evil.

Wedger: Nuva when we get out of here before we kill you im going to break your nose....

King Vex: Shut up prisoner! *kicks him in the gut and the other troops paralyze Selena next* the rest of you are with me....*gets on his horse and rides off with most of the troops*

Nuva: *glares at the King* i thought he'd never leave....men!

X-Hero troops: what the....*look around and see archers stand up out of thier hiding places in the trees obviously being surrounded then give Nuva that confused shocked look*

Nuva: *smirks and shrugs and unparalyzes Wedger and Selena and unshackles them but during the unshackling he talks to them* look im terribly sorry....like i said he would have murdered everyone and destroyed thier souls too....permanintly....to the humans of course....but he still plans on destroying the dragons with ancient magic item he found the gem of destruction....this is how your kind became extinct....*his eyes tell the truth and so do his words*

Wedger: *makes a fist on his paw and breaks Nuva's nose by punching him*

Nuva: OW! ok....i deserved that....

Wedger: your eyes and words are true....we'll put you on trial later....but now we must stop the king from using the gem....how long do we got before he activates it?

Nuva: we got 2 hours....correction 1 hour and 50 minutes and 30 seconds....

Wedger: *nod* show us the way to his castle....

Nuva: correction fortress heavy fortified fortress....follow me! *runs off*

Wedger: *looks at Sel* we'll deal with him later....right now lets focus on the king *the archers also follow and so does he*

MG: *lands at the group and blocks the X-soldiers off from Wedger (and if Wedger didn't know it, he might be shocked to see MG as a dragon, this happened when Leon became a dragon, oh, and he has literal full body futuristic armor, not a scale or spine in sight (except the armor's spines that hold his spines))*

Nuva: were here....not much time left either *see's enemy archers up on the fortress* take cover!

Archers: *take cover and starts firing back its a even fight X-Hero troops falling off the castle walls when shot sometime just dieing right where they stand some even leaning over the edge*

Nuva: *pushes against the gate door* argh! this isn't working! *hears horns behind them and see's reinforcements* oh great....more trouble....

Gold Knights: *run past Nuva's group and start fighting against the x-hero troops*

Wedger: *nods and flys over the walls towards the chamber of the king and lands and barges in* Not so fast!....

King Vex: Ah....wedger....and selena....come to kill me have you?

Marx fires supersonic waves from his mouth it was so loud and powerful it broke a few branches and twigs nearby but did not affect the others. Marx then cleans house by slashing and bashing the X Troops.

King Vex: well your both too late to stop me....history will repeat itself just like it did....so long AGO! *slams his golden staff into the ground making the Gem activate due to the vibration from the gold staff*

Wedger: *sees the whole fortress begin to crumble and the skys beginning to turn red* oh no....NO! this cant be happening!

Nuva: *looks up and see's the sky and a red beam shoot down aiming for any dragons first it aims for him but he dodges it* just as i feared....everyone! get to shelter! and hide! *troop after troops begins running off some of them even get hit by the crossfire from the beams*

Marx grabs an X Troop and slams it into the ground just like Spyro did to that orc in one of the DOD trailers. Marx nods and followes the others he unleash a tornado from his mouth and manages to block of some of the beams. He then hides with the others.
