Riders' name: Tourmaline
Gender: Female
Description: Blonde hair, blue eyes. She is a Human, though she's been a rider for 4 years so resembles an elf. Is in the advanced stages of her training, in battle prefers to use two small elf daggers. However, her Rider sword; wyrders guliÃ¤, is her best weapon and the one she is most skilled with.

Dragons' name: Petalance
Gender: Female
Colour: Her body has a brilliant hot-pink hue and her eyes are a rosey pink colour. Her spines down her back and the horns on her head are an ice-white. She is at the age where her fire takes on the colour of her body, so it is pink.

Tourmaline and Petalance have a very strong bond, though a recurring joke between them is how Petalance's colour is pink and Tourmaline's name is also the colour of a pink gemstone. They also find it funny (Petalance at least) that Tourmaline hates the colour pink. However, Petalance admires that fact that it doesn't lessen their bond and Tourmaline seems to see past petty things such as colour now.

*Tourmaline was in the battlefield in Ellesmera. She was practicing shooting her arrows. After hitting the bullseye with all of her arrrows she walked over to pull the green feathered arrows out*

Petalance: Keep that up and you will have destroyed all of the targets within 10 minutes.......

Tourmaline: *didn't even look at her Dragon Partner, who was sat under a shady tree nearby* Its either these or the trees. And I don't think the Elves will favour me too much if I left arrow-holes in their beloved trees...... I can't stand trees myself.

Petalance: Give me a cosy cave over a creaky old tree anyday!

*Tourmaline smiled and began to shoot her arrows again*

Tourmaline: Well, it must be friendly, no enemy would dare just fly into the Elf-Capital. It would be suicide......

*However she goes over to Petalance and sits on her front paws, she gets out one of her elf-daggers and begins to sharpen it.*
