Hope: Is it really that big a deal? I mean, all I can do is magic. I-I-I-I have asthma, and so I really can't fight, or else I get an attack.

Frost: *sighs* Blaze... it's not your fault. There's no way you could've prevented their deaths, or Malefor's revival.

Blaze: No? Strom and Ariana followed me onto a battlefield and were ambushed! As for Malefor's revival, if I had agreed to Sipher's offer, the vial would be destroyed, and Malefor wouldn't be around!

Frost: Yes, but the offer was a double-edged sword... your death would've demoralized the entire Resistance, and caused it to collapse!

Blaze: They'll still be demoralized once they hear about Malefor's revival...

Blaze: *walks into the main hold of the fortress and gathers the Resistance* Everyone, your attention please, I have grave news. Malefor... has been revived by the Remnants despite my efforts to prevent them from using Spyro's DNA to do so.

Resistance Member: So you failed to stop his revival? That only proves my suspicions.

Blaze: What suspicions?

Resistance Member: That you're a failure as a leader, that you're weak!

Blaze: *freezes up at the words*

Spyro: *anime sweat drop slides down his head* *chuckling* Yeah..... your right, but really, you guys vegetarian? *Spyro begins to hear the ruckus from the crowd outside, and begins to worry* You guys stay here and be carefull, i gotta go check out whats going on.... *Spyro walks out of the room, and sees the crowd in the lower levels, and sees Blaze's worried face, he then runs down to him, and gets at his side* yo.... whats going on?
Resistance soldier: Is that the purple one? Spyro?

Frost: Yes, this is Spyro.

Blaze: *clears his throat* I was originally given an offer by Sipher, the now second-in-command of the Remnants due to Malefor's return. It was... if I offered up my life, he'd destroy the vial.

Resistance Member: Well then you should've taken that offer! We'd have fared better if you had, since your lousy leadership would be gone!

Blaze: *freezes up again at the statement*

Frost: *has had enough* Would you shut up you lummox?! The fact is, Blaze didn't accept the offer because he didn't trust Sipher. For one thing, if Blaze died, the entire Resistance would be demoralized! Our success has come from his leadership and strategic abilities, no one can deny that. Besides, Sipher very well could've double-crossed Blaze, and Blaze's sacrifice would be for nothing, as Sipher still could've gone and revived Malefor with Blaze gone. That would be a double-blow against us!

Resistance Member: Sipher hates purple dragons, he would've gone through with the deal, not wanting to serve another purple dragon.

Frost: And how would you know this?

Frost: If you must know, Spyro was forced into slavery by the Remnants, and it was during that time that they took his DNA to revive Malefor. Now, back to my question... how do you know Sipher wouldn't have double-crossed us?

*A gold dragon steps out of the shadows from one side, and a silver dragoness from the other, causing Blaze's and Frost's eyes to widen in shock*

Strom and Ariana: Because... he had us ambushed. He told the Remnants where our father the two of us were on the battlefield. We were ambushed, and it was thought that we were dead. The Remnants took our bodies to prevent a proper burial, and much to their surprise, we were still alive, and kept as prisoners. Had this spy known that our father was going to sneak into the temple to destroy Spyro's DNA, they would've been lying in wait for him, and he would've been captured on the spot!

Blaze: I... I can't believe it.

Resistance Member: This is impossible!

Frost: Strom... Ariana... you're... alive!
