I need help for Final Fantasy XII

Well I just found another Esper...but this one is not in the story..I'm in the Zernith Caves,and I can't beat him!I got my characters at at least Lv.24

I really want this Esper!Its a dragon!I refuse to finish the game without that ESPER!So please help out.
