hm... but doesn't this create an unfair situation? any female who disagrees with this, or feels slandered by it, will automatically be perceived as "bossy".

People are different from each other at heart though. I guess its more traits it goes after. You know those typical classroom discussion whether male or female have it worst. Kinda like those arguments
