Dio sighed and walked. He knew where he was going. The others would follow him. People were always following him. Oh well. Now that he thought about it, if they suceeded, they would be celebrated as heroes. If, of course, the dragon council made Maelfor's continued survival public. That was unlikely. But they would probably be spared. For once, other people would live, and he would die. Dio felt the sun on his skin and walked on.

Spirit sighed, she could tell that poor Draco could feel where he had been clubbed by Dio, spirit got out a different king of leaf and mashed it up, she got some water and made a paste, she then put it on Draco's head where the bump was. "You shouldn't feel nymore pain after a minute or two...' She informed him. She looked at RainHard. "So how exaclty have you been living ever since your family died?" She asked, she was just curious on to how he hadn't been mistaken for one of them from a far distance. She now looked at Dio. "ME and Draco are willing to follow! As long as RainHard is coming then we can go!" Spirit said.

Spirit looked at Dio go, somehow she knew this was probrably NEVER going to end...she would always be the one to follow, and he the one to set the course.

Hearing this Spirit's eyes went suddenly bright neon red. She pinned draco down and growled. "Do NOT insult him! It's partly your fault he got away ok? His family died and all that, just don't be mean to him because you think you might beable to fight him....I've never seen you act that way towards Dio!" Spirit snarled. -IF you didn't act like that to Dio then don't act like that to RainHard he just got here, don't drive him off!- Spirit thought angrily, she didn't like when people were mean to eachother, she could take the gang dragons they were naturally like that...but normal ones, not so much, especially when it was freind against friend. "Ok?" She growled, getting off from his chest and taking deep brethes so that her eyes stopped glowing.

Rainhard: [to Spirit] "Hey, let him go. He may be wrong about letting
Spyro free, but fighting will only make this journey worse. And by the way,
I don't worry about my family anymore. They're dead.

[short pause]

I am going with you. I may be the nicest dragon you've ever met, but
my abilities can overpower any enemies we run into. [Beginning to reveal
his abilities] I can incinerate them with my fire. If that doesn't work, I'll
tear their flesh apart with my steel shards. You see, when I was young, my
parents found out that my stomach can excrete an unknown fluid that
allows me to make steel shards when I want to. I can shoot them out of
my mouth, like an Elder's gun. Also, you probably already saw my other
ability back there, when I made dirt into ice for those dead bodies."

Narrator: Rainhard felt pretty stable for this journey...

Rainhard: "After all, I have nothing to live for anymore. Dying will only
make one less dragon living in this world. Now... let's go."

Spirit smiled, she had a feeling she was going to like RainHard..."Let's go then..." She said, she turned and trotted after Dio. -Just for old times!- she thought, then she jumped up onto Dio's back and bent her neck so that her face angled into his. "Hiya! Don't mind if three more come along do ya?" She asked, grinning broadly. She blew injto his face for a second laughing. "You STILL look funny, because your upside down- she laughed." Then she shifted her position on his back so she wouldn't hurt his neck to much. "CMON DRACO, RAINHARD!!"

OOC: Alright. I just read all the pages. My bad for screwing up the plot
when I came here. Spyro was supposed to stay. He was going to be asked
questions, and I let him go. Wow, I must have been hated...
I will eventually find Spyro and bring him back. Let me handle the 'lost
Spyro' thing. Sorry for throwing the plot out of shape.

Rainhard: "Wait! Everybody ... wait."

Narrator: Apparently, Rainhard just got back from chasing something, of
what it looks like, some animal.

Rainhard: "I found Spyro sleeping beside a large boulder. I believe
he was on his way back to some large city. Weren't you using him to get
some sort of information? I figured you needed him, before you were
going to leave to kill this ... Malefor character."

OOC: Just so we can lengthen the story a bit more. I felt that going to
Malefor's place would make the story too short. Onward...

Spirit looked at Spyro. "Ok..." She went over to him and placed another green gem in his mouth. "Swallow..." She said. He swallowed this time. "The gem stops his powers from working, that's why i was able to get him before...Dio!" She said, smirking. "Thanks!." She said to RainHard. "Oh...and Draco...don't try to kill the poor little guy ok? He's kinds cute! Like baby cute not cute like I like him!" she said, quickly dismissing the idea of her having a crush on him before someone thought as much. "I wonder how old he is...he was part of the dragon council..." she said, still walking beside Dio. he would just keep going otherwise. "he looks about the same age as me, maybe a year or two younger, 11, 12 years (Human yrs.)"

OOC: Aceedwin has been gone for a long time... and I guess Spyro is out
for all of us to use as a character.

Rainhard: "Good. He needed to be isolated from his powers. He almost
screwed me up back there. Where's your leaf? Did you leave it back at our
camp? I have not seen use it since then. I think I need it. My side is cut
from Spyro's defencive attacks."

Spyro: *I thought he was going to kill me. I should stay back anyways.
This stupid gem thing makes me vulnerable to their brutality.* "I'm only
10. I look matured, though, because my parents have trained me my
whole life. I have a vow to stay single, too. So stop trying those pitiful
things on me, blue dragon."

Rainhard: *Wow, he's so young.*

Spirit's eyes grew red, not neon red (Neon is when she's about to rip someones throat out!) but dark red. "Ok good for you you trained, your training didn't prove very useful so shut up!" she didn't have much patience for this dude for some reason. She took the leaf out and healed up RainHard's wounds. She gave him 3 of the gems. "You might need that if you run into someone like this again!" She said, her eyes growing red and she pointed towards Spyro.

Dio ignored Spyro. Spyro was useless to him. Dio decided he didn't like Rainhard and would, if possible, take the time to show him how weak and pathetic he was. Dio hated cockiness with a vengeance. Because in the end, he never lost. Dio waited till they were done with Spyro, and thought about the expression Rainhard would have if he saw Dio emerge from a hail of his metal spikes.

OOC: We are really gonna have trouble like this. I'm from England, you two are from the US, and Sparx is, I think, from somewhere in Europe. We could get more done if we get a proper GMT time for writing. I'm availiable all day on weekends usually and from 4:30 to 8:00 on weekdays, GMT.

OOC: Naw, the time probs shouldn't be a hassle. It's fine if you post
whenever you do. It's fine with me, bro. Also, we have a bit too much
Spyro realated things in this story already. Adding Cynder would make it
more complicated. Let's keep the Spyro related stuff to a minimum. But
Spyro himself is okay, along with Mally and Warfang. Condescend to this,
please.

Rainhard: "Alright, Dio. You look angry. I've seen that look on your face
when you fought Spirit. Listen. I thought you wanted him for something. If
not, I could kill him for you. He's harmless, since that gem he ate drained
his power."

Spyro: "Lucky for you, you ugly metallic beast."

Rainhard: "Be quiet, or I will kill you. You have not seen what I can do yet,
so don't judge me this early. [pause] Draco, how are you feeling? You
have taken quite a few injuries."

Dio looked at Spyro. "If he wants to follow us, let him. He'll be useful. If not, do with him what you wish." Dio got up and carried on his way, "By the way, I really don't like cockiness. I don't care how much metal you can spit, I'll kill you if you get in my way."

OOC: My turn to slaughter.

Rainhard: "Spirit, I don't know what you think about killing Spyro, but I'm
going to do it anyways... for our own good. This kid only slows us down,
and is already a large burden to Dio. [looks over to Spyro]"

Spyro: "What the? You're an idiot! You need me! Spare my life, and I will
help you with anyhting."

Rainhard: [walks up to Spyro] "Too late, you fool. You have done wrong,
and you will pay." *I'm wasting breath on him. Aww, get it over with...*

Narrator: Rainhard jumped onto Spyro and slashed at his face to get rid if
his eyesight. He then jumped back, and spat fire at Spyro's legs to keep
him from running away. He stepped back about 10 feet. He opened his
mouth wide open, and shot out hundreds of spikes that went ripping
through Spyro's body. Most of them tore through, coming out of the back
of his body. Blood was spraying into the air as each spike hit. Rainhard has
never destroyed someone as horrid as this. But he felt he had to. Round
after round, the spikes flew. It was a nasty sight. But alas, it was over.

A solid coat of red covered the ground behind Spyro's carcus. All that was
left was a pile of guts and bones. Slaughter.

Rainhard: "Wow. I have never seen such mutany as this. I can't even
identify him anymore... [steps back, turning around, dizzy] I'm feeling
sick. Dio, go ahead. I will track you down through smell. Draco will follow,
and Spirit will stay behind to help me recover. Now... go. I'm wasting your
time.

Narrator: Rainhard saw the carcus and got sick to his stomach. The fluid in
his empty stomach also was reacting from being empty. Only a couple of
spikes could have killed an enemy. This was nearly five score [50].

Dio looked at Rainhard. This dragon. I don't care about Spyro, but he's taking control. He needs to be shown that he isn't invincible. Dio pounced at Rainhard and rolled with him, snapping at limbs. He bit and arm and both legs. Dio broke away and snarled, "I don't like you, and you will die if you don't change that. Got it?"

of leader of this group. [pushes Dio off of him] "You're wrong. I respect
you in ways you have not figured out yet. [Gets up] You are the reason we
are still traveling as a group. If I didn't care, I would be traveling on my
own to unknown lands. But I finally found a family to be part of. No matter
how odd we may seem." *He's so judgemental.*

Dio laughed, "You think you can just walk into whatever we have and instantly be a part of it. You are so sure that we'll accept you, so sure that you're too perfect for us to ignore you. But you're wrong. You're just like Spyro. Always believing you'll come out on top. I hate people like that." Dio made a sound between a snigger and a growl. "And when I don't like someone, they don't last long." Dio snorted. He'd made his point. Next time there would be no holding back. Dio jumped to the trees and continued. Later he reached the belt of fire. This time, he wouldn't be scared...

Rainhard stayed back with the Spirit ... stunned. Draco followed, but kept
distance. We couldn't afford any loss by this time. If Dio wanted to be on
top, Rainhard didn't hesitate to let him. Besides, Dio is going to have to
deal with Malefor anyways...

OOC: I'm going to bed. It is 4:30 AM right now where I'm living at.

Dio examined the firey wall. Beautiful in a sick way. It burns on souls, and has enough to last forever, as long as Malefor continues it's channeling. Dio took a deep breath and entered the flames. Dio gasped. Not in pain, but in what he saw. He saw dead dragos, screaming. They all lay there, bleeding. And he saw who killed them. It was a white dragon. Dio shook his head. What did it matter? They were dead, not dying. The past is irrelevant.

With those thoughts, Dio made it to the other side. He smiled as he remembered a simple fact. The others could never get through this. He and a few others, were the only ones capable. Himself, Malefor, and that traitor dragoness. How thoughtless of him.
