Selena: *sighs* You meant it at the time, Wedger. Nothing is ever said or done without meaning to do it. *looks up* But can't God or the Water Dragon restore it? Gods and Goddesses can warp reality, they can do things no one else can. Just because we can't restore it, doesn't mean they can't.

Selena: A council can't work with an even number of members. It could constantly end in a tie between votes. There needs to be an odd number, so the tie can be broken.
